Here, you can download three freeware programs that were written by Dr. Rolf Schmidt. Read the included documentation for further information. These only work for Windows based PC’s. RoCal ElliAverager XPSConverter RoCal RoCal is a multi-user capable utility that allows for easy, interactive roughness calculation and thickness profiling on thickness maps generated by the I-Elli2000 software package from Nanofilm Technologie GmbH. Download RoCal (998 kB) ElliAverager ElliAverager is a simple multi-user capable utility that allows one to average results stored in a log file created with the I-Elli2000 software package from Nanofilm Technologie GmbH. It also allows one to create recipes for optical models for bare substrates, thus enhancing the 'nsks solver utility' of the I-Elli2000 software package. Download ElliAverager (355 kB) XPSConverter The XPSConverter is a fast, user-friendly batch converter for the extraction of spectral data from Kratos text files. The converted files contain energy and intensity values in a tabular form and can easily be used with any word processing or spreadsheet application.
